TRIP 23
October 28–November 4: Arizona Fall League
Come see the Stars of Tomorrow
Major League Baseball created the Arizona Fall League to serve as an off-season “graduate school” for top prospects. Fifty percent of the players in the 2011 post-season playoffs played in the Arizona Fall League at one time during their careers. The AFL allows top prospects from all the major league teams to showcase their talents in front of many general managers, scouts and minor league directors.
The AFL has six teams; each team is made up of top prospects from five different major league teams. All the games are played in the Phoenix area at the Spring Training facilities for major league teams. This is baseball’s best kept secret – great seats, great talent and great baseball.
Sunday, October 28 is hotel check – in day and Sunday, November 4 is check out day. Between October 29 and November 3 we will attend six to nine games at all five parks including the Rising Stars All Star Game on November 3. We will send the exact itinerary as soon as the schedule is announced.
