| October 31November 7: Arizona Fall League Tour 7 Days • 5 Games • 10 Teams • 5 Ballparks Major League Baseball created the Arizona Fall League in 1992 to serve as an off-season “graduate school” for top prospects. The AFL is often known as a showcase league because its players have the opportunity to display their skills for scouts, general managers and minor league farm directors. Sunday, October 31 is hotel check-in day and Sunday, November 7 is check-out day. Between November 1 and November 6 we will attend six-nine games at the five different parks used in the Phoenix area and see all six teams. Each fall league team is made up of top prospects from five different major league teams. We will send the itinerary as soon as the schedule is announced. Our entire stay in Arizona will be determined at that time. |
